This hotel is simply amazing! The staff's attention and the ambiance of the facilities make it the best hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The little gestures, like the staff saving food for us when we missed breakfast, make this place stand out. We booked for 5 days and ended up staying for 3 weeks.
We felt totally at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We are regular overseas travelers and this is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. From the attention of the staff to the ambiance of the facilities, we couldn't ask for anything more. We booked for 5 days and stayed for 3 weeks. The breakfast was good, the room size was perfect, the air con worked well, and the shower cubicle was spacious. The cleanliness was spot on, and despite the dated furniture, the location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the center. The breakfast buffet was small but enough, and the staff was friendly. The fair price was an added bonus. Little gestures like saving food for us when we missed breakfast made our stay at this hotel simply amazing.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We spent our new year at a hotel nearby the train station which proved to be very convenient. The staff were helpful and responsive to our requests. The size of the room was adequate, and the air conditioning kept us warm during the chilly nights. We were also pleased with the complimentary breakfast offered, which had a variety of options.
Although our stay had some positive aspects, there were a few negatives as well. The hotel was in need of some refurbishment as the decor seemed quite dated. Additionally, our room had only one functional power socket which proved to be inconvenient. Lastly, we were annoyed by the constant buzzing of mosquito's and the lack of efforts from the staff in minimizing this issue.

Great Location & Friendly Staff
If you're looking for a hotel with a fantastic location, this is it! Just across the road from the train station, this hotel is super convenient for transportation. The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they do speak English, which made us feel right at home. We loved the clean and comfortable room, and the "american coffee" served at breakfast was a nice touch. The free Wi-Fi worked well too!
That the hotel's design felt a bit dated and could use some updating. Our room only had one working power socket, which was a bit inconvenient.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury hotel and we were absolutely blown away by the level of comfort and quality service provided. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The location of this place could not be more convenient - it is right by the railway station, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. Additionally, it is very close to the pedestrianized area of the town where all the action is in the evening.

The hotel's location is convenient – nestled in the heart of the city and a stone's throw away from the train station. Despite the dated decor, the air conditioning and spacious shower cubicle were great. the staff was also friendly and accommodating, serving up a decent breakfast.
The noise level was unbearable, as the walls were paper-thin.
